What If Your Payment Is Not Reflected?
If you paid premium in March but it is not showing in the certificate:
- ▸NEFT payments take 2-3 working days to reflect
- ▸Online portal payments reflect same day
- ▸Cash/cheque branch payments: 1-5 working days
Wait for 5 working days after payment, then try downloading again. If still not showing, contact your branch with the payment receipt.
