One of the most common questions I get from clients is: how do I check my LIC policy status without coming to the office? The answer is four easy ways.

Method 1: LIC Customer Portal. Register at licindia.in with your policy number, date of birth, and mobile number. Log in to view premium payment history, loan eligibility, revival amount, and maturity date.

Method 2: SMS Service. Send an SMS to 9222492224 in the format: ASKLIC STAT followed by your policy number. You will receive current status, outstanding premium, and next due date within minutes.

Method 3: Missed Call Service. Give a missed call to 9222492224 from your registered mobile. LIC will SMS you your policy status automatically. No internet required.
